Refund policy
At Yusnia, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for an exchange or full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date
- Item must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Yusnia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), the same conditions apply as for returns. Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement.
